Power Vinyasa includes three 30-minute classes that range in difficulty from low to high intensity, depending on what you need from your practice that day. Also included is a 45-minute and 60-minute class. These classes encourage you to explore your limits and challenge your practice through dynamic and continuous flows that build strength and increase endurance.
